UPDATED 4/19/2008 - Elio is back!  Elio Scanu (Executive Chef at Snowbasin) originally from Italy is a trained French chef and has owned & opperated a very successful restaurant in Venezuela.  Elio has a very diverse background and you are sure to enjoy these entertaining but extremely tasty classes. 

*JUST ADDED* Tamales 7/2 & Tortillas 6/26 are limited enrollment classes.  These tend to fill up so if you want to come sign up early!  If you have not been to one of Gina's classes (Wonderful) try her next Mexican Breakfast class 5/17 the last was a big success.

Chef Brad is coming 6/25! (Chef Brad - Coming in from Arizona is the foremost expert on cooking with grains in the western United States.  We have recieved many requests to get him here, so let's make sure to attend his great classes).

Wilton Cake Decorating Classes have been added starting 4/22; 5/3; 6/2; 7/5; 8/5. These are a 4 week course.  We are also wanting to know if you have interest in a Wilton course 2 class. 

We are also looking to add Sushi, Canning (late summer) & other classes soon!  Please let us know your request.
